Fees and charges are per assignment. We feel it is important that professional services provide the client with a range of options from which to choose as opposed to the limiting straight-jacket approach that ties the fee to the shot. Our professional fee remains the same whether we shoot 30 or 300. This allows us the flexibility of choosing the most outstanding images from several great photographs.

Our quality is consistent, constant and exceptional. You can always reduce the resolution and size of a top-level image for varied applications such as publications and internet use. You cannot however, 'res-up' a low-resolution image for effective large format, say, magazine or billboard use if such a need arises in the future.

Our images are delivered at resolutions that span the entire conceivable usage gamut. We guarantee this. If we provide you with an image that you are unable to apply to a particular use, we will either make it usable for that application, reshoot the image, or refund to you the amount of your fee represented by that image.

Professional Fees
This covers the Principal Photographer’s actual shooting and post-processing of images GH¢1500 (US$1000) flat per 8hr day or GH¢675 (US$450) per hour. End product delivered as high-res digital JPEG, TIFF or PSD files per client preference on CD or DVD. This fee DOES NOT include cost of prints.

On shoots that require assistance and technical crews, the Photographer’s Assistant is billed at GH¢55 (US$45) per hour or GH¢350 (US$340) per 8hr day. Food Stylist is billed at GH¢63 (US$48) per hour or GH¢420 (US$417) per 8hr day.

Mobilization for Location Photography
This is additional to the Professional Fee and covers movement and insurance of equipment and staff, miscellaneous and gratuities.

a. GH¢175 (US$160) per day within Accra-Tema metro area
b. GH¢205 (US$200) per day outside Accra-Tema metro area
c. Travel outside Ghana - based on actual travel and expenses

This fee DOES NOT cover operational expenses such as accommodation and feeding if these become necessary. These will vary widely depending on the location and it is expected that such costs will be borne directly by the client or reimbursed per specific receipts and invoices.

Royalty Fees
GH¢500 (US$650) per year with a 25% discount available for 5 years or more.

Additional Post Production Services
Retouching, editing or extraction of specific elements is also available on all or selected images at GH¢8.50 (US$10) per image.

Capture Format
All images are captured as maximum resolution digital RAW files. They are processed and delivered to the client on CD or DVD as high resolution JPEG, TIFF, DNG or PSD files depending on client preference and expected end use.
